Bell.- APPROVED: Mayor of the # On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the communication of the Fire Chief of the City of Spokane relative to the Pacific Coast Association of Fire Chiefs conducting a Fire College in Spokane on August llth to 14th 1937, was received and filed. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An 0rdinance regulating the use of devices and/or apparatus which interferes with radio broadcasting reception, in the City of Santa Ana, repealing all Ordinances and part of Ordinances in conflict herewith and providelng penalties for the violation hereof~ was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 10~9 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, W. H. Penn, Ernest H. Layton, Fred C. Rowla.nd; Trustees None. Noes Absent Trustees None. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the Mayor was authorized to write a letter, attested by the Clerk, to the President and Secretary of the Electrical Inspector's Association expressing the City's appreciation for selecti~ santa Ana to hold their meeting November 17th, 1937, amd offering the use of the Council Chamber and any other facilities available. On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Brims and carried, the property known as the southeast conner of Bush and 14th Street, bei~ Lot l, Block G, Goodwin's Addition, was ordered posted for apartment house zone and the hsaring date set August 2nd, 1937, in accordance ~th the application of E.
