Third Street, was referred to the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Layton, seco~ed by Bruns and carried, <br /> the communication of E. B. Noritz requesting the withdrawal <br /> of. his application to construct a building for foundry on <br /> Lots 22, ~.3, 12 and 15, Block F of Santa Aha Tract, was <br /> referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of <br />Trustee Layton, seconded by B~uns and carried, the request-of <br />E. B. Noritz to wlthd~aw his application to construct a foun- <br />dry, was accepted. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Om motion of Trustee B~une, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the application of D. R. Dlckson to erect a ~uplex on the <br />west side of Lowell Street sou~h of Tenth Street, was referre~ <br />to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of <br />Trustee Smith, seconded Bruna and carried, the property des- <br />cribed as the west side of Lowell Street south of Tenth <br />Street was ordered posted for special use when the proper <br />legal description is furnished by D,R. Anderson for a change in zone to pe~ <br />mit the construction of apartments and auto courts at llll E. <br />First Street for Eddie Baum, was referred to the Planning <br />Commis si on. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of <br />T~ustee Bruns, seconded by smith and carried,the property <br />described as Lots 9, 10, and the west one-half of LOt ll, <br />Block F, Santa Aha Investment Tract No. 1, was ordered posted <br />for special use and the hea~Ing date set August 16th, 1937, <br />in accordance with the application of V.J. Anderson to con- <br />struct apartments and auto courts for Eddie Baum. <br /> <br /> <br />
