In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1051 <br /> <br />Tax Ordinance <br /> <br />City Attorney was instructed to p~epare a written <br />Opinion as to the status of the City of Santa Ana in <br />regard to the matter of other member cities endeavor- <br />lng to withdraw. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha, Cal. <br />Fixing the Amount of M~ney Ascertained to Carry <br />on the Various Depar~ents of the CitY of Santa <br />Aha, and to pay the Bonded Indebtedness Falling <br />Due for the Current ~e~' 1937-1958, and Fixing <br />the Rate of Taxation for the Current Year 1937- <br />1938, Designating the Number of Cents on Each <br />$100.00 for the Various l~ds of Said City, on <br />the Whole of the Taxable _Property of Said City <br />as Set by the County Assessor of the County of <br />Orange, State of California, and Equalized by <br />the Board of Supervisors of said County, and <br />hereby levied on the ~hole of the Taxable <br />Property of said City" <br /> <br />was re~.d, co~idered, designated Ordinance No. 1051 <br />and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees Pl~,mmer ~. Bruns, Joseph p. Smith <br /> W.H.Penn, Ernest H. Layton, <br /> Fred C.
