Bristol Street described as the south <br /> <br /> 48 feet of Lots 41 and 42, Tract 758, was referred to the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion <br /> of Trustee Bruna, seconded by Penn and carried, the property <br /> <br /> described as the south A8 feet of Lots 41 and 42, Tract 758 <br /> and hearing date set October llth, <br /> was ordered posted for special use/in accordance with the <br /> <br /> application of Emmett C. Rogers. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Layton and carried, <br /> the application of Julian Helm for Permission to erect a <br /> duplex on Lot 17, Block E, Tract 139, was referred to the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion <br />of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the property <br />described in the application of Julian Helm to erect a duplex <br />was ordered posted for special uae and the hearing date set <br />October llth, 1937. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Layton and carried, <br /> <br />the application of James G. Smith for permission to construct <br />a four unit apartment building on the northeast c0~ner of <br /> <br />Eighth and Garnsey and also a four unit apartment building on <br />the northwest corner of Eighth and Garnsey Street, was refer- <br />red to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion of <br />Trustee Layton, seconded by Smith and carried, the proper2~es <br />known as the northeast corner and the northwest corner of <br /> <br />Eighth Street and Garnsey were ordered posted for first class <br />apartment house district and the hearing date set October llT~ <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the application of W. C. Kester for a permit to erect ~ twelv, <br />unit auto court on property lying immediately east of the <br />Gilmore Oil Company's distributing plant fronting Santa Aha <br />Boulevard, was referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />The motion of Trustee Bruns to accept the recommendation of <br />the Planning Commission and deny the application of <br /> <br />Kester was lost for lack of a second. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Layton and carried, <br /> <br />a committee consisting of T~ustee Penn and Bruns was appointe, <br />to confer with the Planning Commission with reference to the <br />application of W.C.
