<br />recommending amendment to Zoning Ordinance by reclassifying Lots

<br />
<br />motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, the
<br />
<br />Clerk was instructed to publish a notice of hearing in a newspape
<br />
<br />of general circulation, ten days prior to the next meeting of the
<br />Council on November 15th, 1948, relative to reclassification of
<br />
<br />above property.

<br />This being the date set for public hearing of protests
<br />
<br />on propose
<br />
<br />annexation of that portion of Orange County Water Works District
<br />
<br />No. 6 lying and being outside of the City of Santa Ana, and no
<br />written or oral protests having been received, on motion of
<br />
<br />Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following
<br />
<br />Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br />"An Ordinance approving the annexation of
<br />that portion of Orange County Water Works
<br />District No. 6 lying and being outside of
<br />the City of Santa Ana, California"
<br />
<br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second
<br />
<br />reading.
