Council Chamber Santa Aha City Hall March 1st, 1948. 10:.SO A.M. City Council met for a special meeting for the purpose of considering the adoption of Resolutions entitled: "A Resolution providing for the enforcement of laws and regulations relating to Public Health by the County Health Officer within the City of Santa Aha" and "A Resolution terminating agreement dated February l§th, 1935, between the County of Orange and the City of Santa Aha". Meeting called to order by Mayor Smith. Present: Trustees W.J.Cheney, Courtney R. Chandler, Allen A. Mandy, Virgil H. Reed, R. Carson Smith. Absent$ In Re Trustees None On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, Reeol. No. 3643 the following Resolution entitled: Relating to Public Health btn County of Orange and City "A Resolution Providing for the Enforcement of Laws and Regu~ tions Relating to Public Health by the County Health Officer of the City of Santa Ana" was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3643 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees W.J.Cheney, Courtney R. Chandler, Allen A. Mandy, Virgil H. Reed, R. Carson Smith. Noes, Trustees None In Re Resol. NO. 3644 Absent, Trustees None On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Reed and carried, the following Resolution entitled: Terminating agreement btn County of Orange "A Resolution Terminating an Agreement dated February 15, 1938, Between the County of Orange and the City of Santa Ana" and City of Santa Aha was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3644 and passed on Health Laws. by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees W. JoCheney, Courtney R. Chandler, Allen A. Mandy, Virgil H. Reed, B.
