<br /> and Fixing the Prevailing Wage Rate."

<br />Resolution and Deed on Lot X, Block A and Lot Y, Dlock B of the

<br />Oak~ont Tract No. 378, were referred back to the City Attorney to
<br />
<br />secure Easement Deed.

<br />seconded by Cheney and carried, the recommenda~ons of the

<br />mitte~ were accepted and the City Attorney instructed to amend th

<br />Ordinance to coincide with the recommendations.

<br /> the Inspection Thereof and the Issuance of Permits
<br /> Therefor: and Providing a Penalty for the Violation of

<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney arrd carried, the re~
<br />
<br />quest of Joseph P. Koral for the improvement of street conditions
<br />
<br />~on Cypress Street and Flora Street, was received and filed; the
<br />Engineer having reported that certain improvements had been made.
<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Mandy and carried, the
<br />
<br />request of the National Automobile Club, for permission to install
<br />
<br />the sign at 313 W. Seventeenth Street, was denied, same being in
<br />
<br />violation of the Sign Ordinance, and the Building Inspector was
<br />
<br />instructed to notify the Automobile Club of Southern California t~
<br />
<br />remove its sign in front of its office.
