<br />was authorized to execute escrow instructions with Arland E.
<br />Purington and Eldora R. Purington, husband and wife, covering
<br />purchase of property, in the amount of $12,500.00, said property

<br />Beginning at a point in the north line of Fourth Street,
<br />27.85 feet easterly from the intersection of the north
<br />line of Fourth Street with the east line of Bristol
