<br /> Trustee Cheney and Engineer for investigation and report back.

<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried,
<br />the reports for the' month of July, 1948, submitted by Building
<br />Department and Judge's Office, were received and filed.

<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried,
<br />the demands, as audited by the Finance Committee, were approved
<br />and Clerk authorized to draw warrants covering demands numbering
<br />331 to 621 inclusive.

<br />A petition was read signed by twenty-nine residents in the vicini~
<br />of No. Patton St., requesting that proper measures be enacted to
<br />prevent use of public or private property for testing or flying o~
<br />fuel-driven model aircraft.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Reed and carried, petitio
<br />was received, filed and Clerk authorized to notify School Board
<br />requesting cooperation in eliminating noise of aircraft and that
