<br />the following Resolution entitled:

<br /> "Resolution Accepting Grant Deed"
<br />
<br />from Milo K. Tedstrom and Mildred L. Tedstrom, husband and wife,
<br />
<br />and J.B.Price and Margaret W. Price, husband and wife, conveying
<br />
<br />certain real property to the City of Santa Ana, said property
<br />
<br />being ~escribed as follows: The north 10 feet of the east 98
<br />
<br />feet of Lot 1, Block A, Goodwin's Addition, subject to an easement
<br />
<br />10 feet in width for an irrigation pipeline held by the Santa Aha
<br />
<br />Valley Irrigation Company, the center line of which is described
<br />
<br />as follows: Beginning at a point 5 feet south of the southwest
<br />
<br />corner of Bush and l?th Streets, running thence parallel to and 8
<br />
<br />feet distant from the south line of l?th Street, was read,
<br />
<br />considered, designated Resolution No. 3690 and passed by the
<br />
<br />following vote .-

<br /> On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Chandler and carried,

<br />the following Ordinance entitled:

<br />"An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana, California,
<br />fixing the amount of money ascertained to carry on
<br />the various departments of the City of Santa Ana,
<br />and to pay the bonded indebtedness falling due for
<br />the current year 19~8-19A9, and fixing ~he rate of
<br />taxation for the current year 19~8-19A9, designating
<br />the number of cents on each $100.00 for the various
<br />funds of said City, on the whole of the taxable
<br />property of said City as set by the County Assessor
<br />of the County of Orange, State of California and
<br />equalized by the Board of Supervisors of said County,
<br />and hereby levied on the whole of the taxable property
<br />of said City"
