Hentges to permit establishment of a bungalow court <br />and other multiple-family residences on a parcel 182% x 280' on <br /> <br />the west side of Sullivan St. approximately 100 feet north of <br /> <br />W. First St., was approved subject to certain conditionsand <br /> <br />application g~ant~d. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, <br /> <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission granting a variance <br /> <br />to M.B.Hendricks to permit a commercial building for banking <br /> <br />purposes, involving Lots 1, 2, 9 and 10, Block "B" of Price and <br /> <br />Stella Fruit Addition at the northeast corner of Eighth and Main <br /> <br />Streets and the northwest corner of Eighth and Bush Streets, <br /> <br />was approved subject to certain conditions, and application <br /> <br />wanted. <br />On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee Chene <br /> <br />seconded by Mandy and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution Concerning Parkihg Limitations Under <br /> Ordinance No. 1030" <br /> <br />establishing an unloading zone on the north side of W. Third St., <br /> <br />between Main and Sycamore Sts., located as follows: the westerly <br />18.5 feet of the easterly 27.5 feet, was read, considered, <br /> <br />designated Resolution No. 3691 and passed by the following vote:~ <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees W.J.Cheney, Courtney R. Chandler, <br /> Allen A. Mandy, Virgil H. Reed. <br />Noes, Trustees None <br />Absent, Trustees R. Carson Smith. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Chandler and carried, <br /> <br />the following Resolution entitled:· <br /> <br />"ResolutiQn authorizing and directing the City <br /> Clerk to advertise for bids for the improvement <br /> of East Fourth Street, from the Southern Pacific <br /> Railroad to the East City Limits, in the City of <br /> Santa Aha, and fixing the prevailing wage rate" <br /> <br />was read, considered, destgmated Resolution No. 3692 and passed <br /> <br />by the following ~vote.* <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees W.J.Cheney, Courtney R.
