<br /> On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, Map

<br /> Tract No. 1406 covering improvements between Shelton and Bristol
<br /> and between Bishop and Myrtle was approved and officials were
<br /> authorized to sign same, subject to the approval by the City
<br /> Attorney of bond filed by Raymar Development Company, in the amour
<br /> of $43,000.00 to cover improvements.

<br /> applications of John H. Sanders, James A. Dauphiny and Samuel Q.

<br /> Ad.ms to drive taxicabs, were granted and permits ordered issued.

<br /> and Clerk were authorized to execute lease No. 12630 between City
<br /> of Santa Ana and Pacific Electric Railway Co., covering a
<br /> triangularly shaped parcel of land being a portion of Pacific
<br /> Electric Railway Company's Newport Beach line right-of-way, westex
<br /> of Santa Ana River Flood Control Channel, south side of right-of-
<br /> way, beginning October 1, 1950 and ending September 30, 1951, at
<br /> rental of $5.00 per annum or fraction thereof.

<br /> On motion of Txmetee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the
<br /> Minutes of the Board of Supervisors, dated August 22,' 1950, refer-
<br /> enee agreement between the County of Orange and the City of Santa
<br /> Aha for the preparing of a portion of Bristol Street for improve-
<br />
<br /> ment, was received and filed.

<br /> Resolutions of the Board of Supervisors dated August 22, 1950,
<br /> were .accepted, received and filed covering County aid for improve-
<br /> ment of a portion of Bristol .Street, in the sum of $26,699.34 and
<br /> portion of Edinger Street in the sum of $13,?73.66 and Clerk
<br /> instructed to submit certified copy of Minutes to the Board of
<br />
<br /> Supervisors.
