Garvin was~appointed as auctioneer of surplus City propert~ <br />to be auctioneed at the City Yard at 10:00 A.M. November 24th, <br />1950 and City Clerk to designate someone to serve as Clerk. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Park Superintendent and on motion of <br />T~ustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, the Clerk was <br />authorized to advertise for bids for the installation of a sewer <br />system in Prentice Park; bids to be opened November 16th, 1950. <br />On recommendation of the Park Superintendent and on motion of <br />T~ustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, the plans for <br />construction of the cooking shelter in Prentice Park, were <br />approved.. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Park Superintendent and on motion of <br />T~ustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, the following <br />Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution authorizing and directing the <br /> City Clerk to advertise for bids for the <br /> construction of the cooking shelter in <br /> Prentice Park, 255 Mabumy Street, Santa <br /> Ana, California" <br /> <br /> considered, designated Resolution No. 5006 and passed <br /> <br />was read, <br /> <br />by the following vote~ <br /> <br /> Ayes, T~ustees <br /> <br /> Noes, T~ustees <br /> Absent, T~ustees <br /># <br /> <br /> W.J.Cheney, Courtney R. Martin Jr. <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and cs~rled, <br />proper officials were authorized to execute agreement between <br />City and County of Orange providing for employment of Orange <br />County Agricultural Commissioner and his staff for the purpose of <br />enforcing Ordinance No. 1303 regulating use of orchard heaters. <br />On motion of T~ustee Chandler, seconded by CheDey and carried, <br />the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1075" <br />reference reclassification of property on the east side of Bristo <br />Street north of Edinger Street described as Lots 124 to 128 <br />inclusive, in Tract No. 1515 from the R-1 to the "C" District, i <br />accordance with application of Monitor Homes, Inc., was intro- <br />duced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br />On motion of T~ustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, <br />the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1075" <br /> reference reclassification of property in the immediate vicinity <br /> of the proposed Freeway crossing at Lincoln Avenue from the M-2 <br /> Manufacturing District to the R-2 Residence District, in accord- <br /> ance with Planning Commission initiated amendment No. 75, was <br /> introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second <br /> <br /> reading. <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of T~ustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and ca, tied, the <br /> following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance to repeal City Ordinance <br /> No. 1207" <br /> <br /> <br />
