<br /> facilities at 721 Lacy Street occupy land on both sides of said

<br /> alley,were received and filed.

<br />On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the
<br />following Resolution entitled:

<br /> "Resolution declaring intention of the City
<br /> Council to vacate a portion of an unnamed
<br /> alley in Block 75, Santa Aha East"
<br />
<br />was read, cgnsidered, designated Resolution No. 4028 and passed
<br />by the following vote:

<br />It was moved by Trustee Reed and seconded by Martin that the
<br />Second Supplemental Agreement dated December 21et, 1950, to the
<br />con~ract for garbage and trash collection, which has been execute
<br />by David Johnson and Paul M. Johnson, be accepted and the Mayor
<br />and Clerk be authorized and directed to execute the same on
<br />behalf of the' City. Before the roll call was taken Trustee
<br />Chandler stated he would vote "No" for the reason that he had no
<br />
<br />part in the transaction.
