Notice is hereby given that on Monday the 5th day of November, 1923, at 7:30 o'clock ~.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Aha, any and all persons having objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show ca,se why said proposed improvement should not be car- ried o~t in accordance with this Resolution.
