G. McDonour, principal clerk of the prtnters <br />and publishers of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was <br />filed in the office of the Clerk of the city of S~ta Aha on the <br />20th day of January, 1923, and now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, after the passage and adoption of said Resolution <br />of Intention No. 914, the Street Superintendent of the city of <br />Santa Aha conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated <br />work and improvement, at not more than 300 ft. in distance apau-t <br />and 42 in all notices of the passage of Resolution of Intention <br />No.O14 headed - NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in manner, form, and <br />substance as provided by law, and the work being Chargeable <br />upon a district also conspicuously posted copies of said notice <br />along all of the o~n streets within such district, not more than <br />300 feet in distance apart'on each street, and posted on said <br />open streets 60 notices, and posted in all 102 notices; and <br /> <br /> <br />
