PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS'SECTIONS AND SPEC~ICATIONS <br /> <br /> SECTION II. All of the foregoing work is fully <br /> set forth, delineated and described on plans, profiles and <br /> cross-sections on file in the office of the City Engineer, <br /> and specifications for Assessment District No. 8?, on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, <br /> cross-sections and specifications were adopted by Resolution <br /> No. 1302 ou the 21st day of July, 1924, by the Board of Trus-I <br /> tees of the City of Santa Aha, as the plans, profiles, <br /> sections and specifications for said work and improvement. <br /> The said plans, profiles, cross-sections and s~ecifications <br /> are hereby referred to for a full and detailed description ofi <br /> the said proposed work or improvement. <br /> <br /> CHANGE OF GRADE <br /> <br /> SECTION III. ~esolved, that the proposed work and <br />improvement is to be done on a part of South Broadway, South <br />Sycamore Street and Russell Avenue at a grade other than the <br />existing official grade thereof, and on such parts of the <br />streets end avenues the work is to be done st and in conform~ <br />ty with the grades of said streets and ~venues, ss modified <br />end cha~ged, but on sll other parts of the roadways, if any, ~ <br />the work is to be done at the existing official grade thereon <br /> Resolved, that the existing official grade on South <br />Broadway will be modified between the North line of Tract No <br />352 and the South line of Fairview Avenue; that between s~d <br />two lines work shall be done at a grade other t~n the exist- <br />lng grade, which new or proposed grade is indicated end shown' <br />by profiles and ~lans. <br /> <br />Resolved, that the existing official grade on <br />Sycamore Street will be modified between the North line of <br /> <br />Tract No. 852 ~nd the South line of Russell Avenue; that be-i <br />tween said two lines work sh~ll be done at a grade other tha~ <br />the existing grade, which new or proposed grade is indlceted <br />snd shown by profiles ~nd plans. <br /> <br /> Resolved, t~at the existing official grade on Rus- <br />sell Avenue will be modified between the Esot line of South <br />Brosdw~y and the West line of South Main Street; that between <br />said two lines work sha~] be done st ~ grade other than the <br />existing grade, which new or proposed grade is indicated and~ <br />shown by profiles and plans. <br /> <br /> DESCRIPTIO~ OF BONDS , <br />SECTION IV. The said Board of Trustees does hereb~ <br />declare and determine, and notice is hereby given that serial <br />bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest <br />at the r~te of six (~%) per cent per annum, will be issued <br />hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond ActI <br />of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall mature <br />nine .(9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding <br /> <br /> <br />
