That the contemplated work and improve- ment hereinbefore mentioned is, in the opinion of said Board of Trustees of more tPmn local or ordinary public benefit and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said Board of Trustees does hereby declsre said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-w~t: Located in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of Ca~ifornia, and more particularly described as fol- lows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Tract No. 579 as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Map Book 18, page 49, Records of Orange County, California; thence Southerly along the East line of said Tract No. 579 to the Southeast corner thereof; thence Welterly along the South line of the said Tract No. 579 and of Tract No. 458 as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Map Book 16, page ZV, Records of Orange County, California, California, to the Southwest corner of the said Tract No. 458; thence Northerly along the West line of said Tract No. 458 to the Northwest corner of Lot 1 of said Tract No. 458; thence Easterly along the N~th line of s~id Lot 1 and the Easterly extension thereof to the center line of South Broadway; thence bouther]y along the center line of South Broadway to an intersection with the Westerly extended Ncc th line of Tract No. 5V9; thence Easterl2 along the North line of s~id Tract No. 5V~ to the point of beginning. Notice is here~y given that on Monday, the 25th day of August, 1924, at V:~O o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Ane, any and all persons having any objection to the proposed work or improvement may ~ppear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION SECTION VII. The Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general cir- culation in the City of Santa Ana is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Ibtention shall be pub- lished, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two in- sertions in said newspaper, in the manner and fo~ required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to or reputed owners, and he is not required to mall the owners same, POSTING OF NO~ICES (F IMPROVEMENT SECTION VIII.
