A P~ESOLUTION OF THE BOfJiD fF TRILTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIF~NIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF GROVE AVENUE AND PORTIONS OF VIRGINIA AVENUE; DECI~RING IT TO BE FOR THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND CONVENIENCE; AND FIXING TNE T~E AND PLACE FOR NEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT. The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the provisions of the "~treet Opening Act of 1889", approved March 8th, 1889, and amendments thereto, do resolve and declare as follows: PUBLIC INTEr, EST AND CONVENIENCE SECTION I.
