Vegel~ <br />Clerk of the Uity of Santa Ana <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEmeNT <br /> NO. 1825. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the'Board of Trustees of the City of Senti <br /> Ane on the 28th day of July, 1924, passed its Resolution of <br /> Intention No. 1~14, to order the ~ereinafter described im- <br /> provement to be mede end public work to be done in the City <br /> of Santa Aha: and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said <br />Resolution of Intention No. l~14, the Street Superintendent <br />of the City of Santa Ana conspicuously posted along the line <br />of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than <br />three hundred (~00) feet in distance apart, and 15 in ell, <br />notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, hea- <br />ded NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORK, in manner, form and substance as <br />provided by law, and said itreet Superintendent also caused <br />a notice similar in substance to be published for a period <br />of ten (10) days in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, e <br />daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Sent <br />Aha, and named by the Board of Trustees in said Resolution o~ <br />Intention as the paper in which said notice should appear, <br />all es ep~ ars from the affidavit of Edna L.
