PIP~ LAYING. <br /> <br /> After the trench for water mains, and house service <br />connections has been brought to the proper line and grace in <br />the manner above specified, the pipe, shall be laid therein <br />in the following manner. <br /> <br /> (a) MAINS. Before any pipe is put into place the <br />trench bottom shall be prepmred so that each pipe shall have <br />a firm and uniform bearing for its entire length.
