And all interested persons having appeared before <br />this Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunity <br />to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security <br />of the unpaid ~essments shown on said list, and all objections <br />presented having been heard and considered; <br /> <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees does <br />hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown why <br />bonds should not be issued upon the security of said unpaid <br />assessments, and does hereby overrule all objections thereto, <br />and does hereby direct the ~suance of said bonds, and further <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS, that bonds shall be issued <br />upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of <br />Eight Thousand, Four Hundred Forty-eight and 50/100ths ($8,448.55 <br />Dollars. <br /> <br /> That said bonds shall be ten (lO) in number and shall <br />be dated July 6th, 192§, and bear interest ah the rate of six <br />(6%) per cent per annum, and the denomination of said bonds, <br />and the dates ~ the respective maturities thereof shall be as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Series Bond No. Amount Date of Maturity <br /> <br />$-1 1 $844.85 July 2, 1926 <br />0-1 2 844.85 July 2, 1927 <br />0-1 3 844.85 July 2, 1928 <br />0-1 4 844.85 July 2, 1929 <br />0-I 5 844.85 July 2, 1930 <br />0-1 6 844.85 July 2, 1931 <br />0-1 7 844.85 July 2, 1932 <br />0-1 8 844.85 July 2, 1933 <br />0-1 9 844.85 July 2~,1~34 <br />0-1 lO 844,85 July 2, 1935 <br /> <br /> The first coupon ~interest shall be for interest <br />from Jur~ 25, 1925, to January 2nd, 1926, and the several cou- <br />pons thereafter shall each b~for the semi-annual interest; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the signature of the <br />Treasurer of said City upon the coupons attached to said bonds <br />shall be lithogr,phed or printed ~ gnature in place of a signa- <br />ture by hand; and <br /> <br /> BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of <br />said City of ~anta Ana be, and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to deliver forthwith the bonds hereinabove enumerated <br />to the contractor, Griffith Co., in satisfaction of the balance <br />due upon its assessment and diagram. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City <br />of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day <br />of July, 1925, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees C.H.
