PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION <br /> <br /> SECTION VIII. The Santa Aha Daily Ewefling Regis- <br />ter, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of generJ <br />circulation in the City of Santa Ana is hereby designated as <br />the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be <br />published, and the City Clerk of said City i~ hereby ~ rected <br />to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two <br />insertions in said newspaper in the manner and form required <br />by law. The Board of Trustees 'does not deem it advisable <br />that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to <br />owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the <br /> <br />same. <br /> <br /> POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br /> SECTION IX.
