the City Council and show cause why said proposed w~k sho~xld <br />not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1801; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all protests or objections presented having <br />been disposed of, overruled and denied, in time, manner and <br />form as required by law, and the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha having acquired ~urisdlction to order the propc~ ed <br />work done and i~provement made; <br /> <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of. Santa Aha that the public interest and convenience <br />requires the work done and imp, ovement made particularly set <br />forth and described in Resolution of Intention No. 1801, which <br />is dated the Bth day of August, 1927, on file in the ~fice <br />of the Clerk of said City and hereby referred to and made a <br />part hereof, and the City Cotuncil of the City of Santa Aha <br />hereby orders the work to be done and improvement to be made ii <br />said City, as particularly set forth and described in the said <br />Resolution of Intention No. 1801 as aforesaid. <br /> <br /> That the expense of said work and improvement is by <br />said Resolution of I. ntention made chargeable upon a district, <br />which said district is described in and by the said Resolutim <br />of Intention and is shown by a ~iat or map thereof on file in <br />the Office of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby directe <br />to pcst a notice of said work, together with the specification <br />therefor, conspicuously for five days on or near the Council <br />Chamber door of said City Council, inviting sealed proposals <br />or bids for doing the work ordered. He ia also directed to <br />publish twice a notice inviting such proposals and referring <br />to the specificatimS posted or on file in the Santa Ana Daily <br />Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated ii <br />the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for that purpcs e. <br /> <br /> I hereby certif~ that the foregoing Resolution <br />Ordering Work was duly and regularly introduced, passed and <br />adopted ~y the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at an <br />adjourned regular meetin~ of said Board held on the 29th day <br />of August, 1927, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES, T~USTEES: J.L.l~cBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, <br /> Stanley E.
