RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT No. 181 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, on the 1st day of August, 1927, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 1797 to order the hereinafter'described improvement to be made and public work to be done in the City of Santa Ana, ~d, WHEREAS, after the passage and am ption of said Resolution of Intention, No. 1797, the Street Superintendent of the City of Sant~ Aha ccnspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three, hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and 3 in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of I?1tentlon, headed NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORK, in manner, fon~ and substanc~ as required by law, and said Street Superintendent also caused a notice similar in substance to be published for a period of ten (lC) days in the Santa Aha' D~ ly Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and named by said City Council in said Resolution of Intention as the paper in which sa~ notices should appear, all as appears from the affidavit of Edna L. Herrick, principal clerk of the p~inters and publishers of said daily newspaper and which affidavit was filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana on the 17th day of August, 1927, and is now on file therein; and ~VHEREAS, the ~treet Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana commenced to pm t the notices hereinbefore referred to on the 8th day o2 August, 19~7, and'fully completed the posting thereof on the 8th day of August, 1927~ as appears from the affidavit of Clyde L. Jenken Street Superintendent of the said City of Santa Ana, and more than ten (lC) days having expired after the expiration of the time of the publication of said no~ce within which protests or objections to the proposed work or imp~ovement might be made by any person interested~ objecting to said work or imprbvement, or to the extent of the distri of lands to be affected or benefited by sa~d work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof; and %%~EREAS,~ this being the next meeting of the City Council after the expiratic~ of said ten (lC) days after the e~iration of the time of l~he publication of said notice and no oblections to said w~k Or improvement, having been made or are on file why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with said Resoluti of Intention and the City Council of the City of Santa Aha having n~ acquired jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement, it is hereby RESOLVED AND ORDERED, that the public interest and con- venience requires the work hereinafter described, and the City Council of.~the City of Santa Aha hereby o~ders the foilowing work to be done and improvement made in the C~ty c~ Santa Aha as follows: That certain portion of the following described ~ley in ,7l
