.0. ]840 <br /> <br /> UHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, <br />on the 24th day of October, 1927, passed its Resolut'~am of <br />Intention No. 1834 to o-~'der the here~nafte~· deacr~Le,~ ~ork to <br />be done and improver~ent to be made in, on and along those open <br />public streets end rights of way In said city known as <br /> <br />with Delhi Ro~ <br /> ~outh ~oee Street ~om West <br /> <br /> ~tn~r Street to <br /> <br />~ne of Patton Street as it <br /> <br />which Resolution of Intention No. 1834 was duly and legally <br />published twice in the Santa Aaa Daily Evening Register, a <br />daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa <br />Ana, as required ~y law, as appears from the affidavit of Edna <br />L. Herrick, principal clerk of the printers and publishers of <br />said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the <br />Office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana, on th~ 29th day <br />of October, 19~7; and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said Reso~ <br />lution of Intention No. 1834 the Street Superintendent of the <br />City of Santa Ana conspicuously posted along the line of the <br />contemplated work and improvement,at not more than three hun- <br />dred (300) feet in distance apart, and 242, in all, notices of <br />the oassage of said Resolution of Intention, headed, NOTICE OF <br />IMPROVEMENT, in the manner, form and substance as required by <br />law, and the work being chargeable upon a district, also con- <br />spicuously posted eoples of said notice along all of the open <br />streets within such district at not more than three hundred <br /> <br /> <br />
