Herrick, principal clerk of the printers and publishers of <br />said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the <br />Office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana, on th~ 29th day <br />of October, 19~7; and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said Reso~ <br />lution of Intention No. 1834 the Street Superintendent of the <br />City of Santa Ana conspicuously posted along the line of the <br />contemplated work and improvement,at not more than three hun- <br />dred (300) feet in distance apart, and 242, in all, notices of <br />the oassage of said Resolution of Intention, headed, NOTICE OF <br />IMPROVEMENT, in the manner, form and substance as required by <br />law, and the work being chargeable upon a district, also con- <br />spicuously posted eoples of said notice along all of the open <br />streets within such district at not more than three hundred <br /> <br /> <br />
