Wt~REAS, all protests o~ objections presented havin been disposed of, overruled and denied, in time, manner and form as required by law, and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana having acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed work done and improvement made; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that the public interest and ~onvenience re quires the work done and improvement made particularly set forth and described in Resolution of Intention No. 1833, which is dated the 24th day of October, 1927, on file in the Office of the Clerk of said City and hereby referred to and made a part hereof, and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby orders the work to be done and improvement to be made in said City, as particularly set forth and described in the said Resolution of Intention No. 1833 as ~foresaid. That the expense of said work and improvement is by said Resolution of Intention made chargeable upon a district, which said district is described in and by the said Resolution of Intention and is shown by a plat or map thereof on file in the Office of the City Engineer. The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby direc- ted to post a notice of said work, together with the specifi- cations therefor, conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of said City Council, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered. He is also directed to publish twice a notice inviting such proposals and referring to the specifications posted or on file in the Sants Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated fo~ that purpose. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Order lng Work was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at an adjourned regular meeting of said City Council held on the 14th day of November, 1927, AYES, by the following vote: TRUSTEES: ~;OES, TRUSTEES: ABSENT, TRIBTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Kn~, Stanley E.
