The excavation for and Cons%ruction of a rail top concrete culvert from a point in the East gutter llne of Gra~ Avenue eleven (11) feet South of the South line of Fourth Street, to and connecting with the existing culverts at the center line of Fourth Street, and the South curb llne of Fourth Street, together with the replacements of sidewalk be- tween the culvert and curb on the West and to the scoring line on the East, all as particularly indicated on and in ac- cordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter men- tioned. Together with such other work or improvements as noted on the plans or specifications which shall be consider~ as incidental to the above described work and improvement and no additional compensation shall be allowed therefor. The work to be done as herein set forth shall in- clude the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials necessary for or appurtenant to the construction and comple- tion of all work herein specified. PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS Section 2. Ail of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on the plans, profiles, cross- sections and detailed drawings known as "THE PLANS FOR ASSESS- MENT DISTRICT NO. 144", and as set forth in the specifications known as "THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 144" which plans and specifications are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, which plans, ~rofiles, cross-sections, detail~ drawings a~d specifications were adopted by Resolution No. 1837 on the 7th day of November, 192~, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana as the plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawinss and specifications for said work and improve ment. Said plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications are referred to for a full and detailed description of said work and improvement the same as though set forth in full herein, and shall be directory as to the location of all work to be done, the kind of materials to be used and the type of Construction. CHANGE OF GRADE Section 3. That the grade to which the work shall be done and the improvement made which is provided for in this Resolution is shown on the profiles therefor on file in the Office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made TOt the description of sucR grade, and it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that the grade shown on the said plans and profiles is the official grade to which the work herein ordered shall be done DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 4.
