17t) <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS <br /> TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDER- <br /> ING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT <br /> AND RECORD. <br /> <br /> No. 1854 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Aha, did, on the 2nd day of May, 1927, pass Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1756 for the improvement of Greenleaf Street; <br />~nd whereas, on the 25th day of 'November, 192v, the Superinter <br />ent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the <br />sum due for the work performed and specified in the contract <br />made under proceedings for the said improvement, which <br />assessment diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees of <br />said City on the 26th day of September, 1927. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has <br />given notice required by law in which notice December 12th, <br />1927, at the hour of 7:50 o'clock P. M. was fixed as the time <br />and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the <br />place where any and all persons interested in the said work <br />might be heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed <br />with the City Council a written objection to said assessment <br />as required by law; and whereas, at the time set for hearing <br />protests or objections the City Council of said City proceede <br />to hear the same, and all of said protests or objections to <br />said assessment or the work done having been heard, it is <br />hereby; <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha that all of the said protests or objections against said <br />assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and <br />the same are hereby overruled and denied and the assessment bt <br />affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is <br />hereby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the <br />form and manner required by law, and shall record th~ same in <br />the office of said Superintendent of Streets. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly pas~ed by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on <br />the 12th day of December, 1927, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />NOES, TRUSTEES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT, T STEES.
