valves, concrete valve boxes, and all necessary appurtenances thereto, upon and along Franklin Street, from a point sixteen (16) feet South of the North line of Myrtle Street, to and connecting with the existing water main in First Street, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of cast iron house service connections, including all lead connections, corporation cocks, curb cocks, fittings, and all necessary appurtenances thereto from the cast iron water ma in to be installed as hereinbefore described at right angles thereto, and extending to a point one foot back of the curb, a~d at such locations and depths as are indicated on the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of ho~e service gas connections, including all necessary cocks, fittings, and appurtenances thereto, from the existing gas main in s~id Street, at right angles thereto, and extending to the property lines, and at such locations and depths as are indicated on the plans and spec- ifications hereinafter mentioned. Together with such other work or improvements as are noted on the plans or specifications, which shall be considered as incidental to the above dewcribed work and improvement, and no additional compensation shall be allowed therefor. The work to be done as herein set forth shall include the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials necessary for or appurtenant to the construction and completion of all work herein specified. PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS Section 2.. All of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on the plans, profiles, cross-sections and detailed drawings, known as "THE PLANS ~'OE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 147" and as set forth in the specifications known as "THE SPEC- IFICATIONS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 147", which plans and spec- ifications were adopted by Resolution No. 1853 on the 12th day of December, 1927 by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, as the plans, profiles, cr~ s-sections, detailed drawings and specificatlon~ for said work and improvement, which plans and specifications are on file in the Office of the City Clerk. Said~plans, profiles, cross- sections, detailed d~awings and specifications are hereby referred to for a full and detailed description of said work and improvement, the same as though set forth in full hereim, and shall be directc~y as to the location of all work to be done, the kind of materials to be used and the type of construction. CHANGE OF GRADE Section 3. That the grade to which the work shall be done and the improvement made, which is provided for in this Resolution, is shown on the profiles therefor on file in the office of the City 183
