Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that the grade shown on said plans and p~ofiles is the official grade to which the work herein ordered shall be done. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 4. The said City Council does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum will be issued hereundex in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 191S", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) yea~ from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPT~0N OF A_~SS,ES~MENT DISTRICT Section 5. That the contemplated work and improve- ment hereinbefore mentioned is in the opinion of the City Council of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said City Council does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and particularly described as follows: Be6inning at the intersection of the North line of First Street with the Northerly extended North and South center line of Block "B", Tract No. 233, as per map thereof on file in Book 13, Page 9, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County thence South along said line and the North and South center lines of Block B & C of said Tract No. 233 and their extensions across Pine Street and the Southerly extension thereof to a point in Myrtle Street, said point being 28 feet South of the North line of Myrtle Street; thence West and parallel to the North line of Myrtle Street to a point 102.5 feet West of the West line of Franklin Street and 25 feet South of the N~ th line of Myrtle Street; thence North and parallel to the West line of Franklin Street to an intersection with the North line of Firzt Street; thence East along the North line of First Street to the point of beginning. TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING Section 6. Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of January, 1928, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said CiSy of Santa Ana any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improve- ment may appear before the said City Council and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. That all persons desiring to so appear should file with the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana before the hour herein set a written protest against the said work or the assessment district proposed to be assessed, or both.
