RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the <br />work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of <br />Santa Ana, upon and along portions of th~ e open public <br />streets in said City, commonly known as Olive Street, Garnsey <br />Street and Pine Street~ <br /> <br /> All as p~epared by the City Engineer and designated <br />as Assessment District No. 157, for the improvement of the <br />above described street and submitted this 9th day of April, <br />1928, be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans <br />and specifications for doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular <br />meeting held on the 9th day of April, 1928, by the following <br />vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />Al-ES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />NOES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />ABSENT, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />J.L.McBride~ W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, <br />Stanley E.
