RESOLUTION OF INTE}~TION NO. 19~-1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, DECLARINg THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE PAVING OR 0THEE%VISE IMPROVING OF OLIVE STREET, FROM FIRST STREET TO FOURTH STREET, GARNSEY STREET FROM FIRST STREET TO FISH STREET, AND PINE STP~EET FROM PARTON STREET TO FL0%'fER STREET; DECLARING THE SAID %¥0RK AND IMPROVEMENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR 0RIENARY PUBLIC BENEFIT, DECLARING THE DISTRICT TO 'BE BENEFITED THEREBY AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THERE- OF; DETERMINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING 0B~ECTIONS TO SAID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT, OR TO THE EXTENT 'OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED, OR BOTH: The city Council of the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the provisions of the ImProvement Act of 191~, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and amendments to said acts, do resolve as follows: Section 1. requires, and it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, California, to order the construction of the following work and improvement in said City, to-wit: That the portions of streets in the City of Santa Aha, upon which work shall be done and improvements made, as hereinafter set forth, are upon and along those open public streets commonly known as Olive Street from the North line of First Street to the South line of Second Street; the West one. half of Olive Street, from the North line of Second Street to the South line of Third Street; Olive Street from the North line of Third Street to the North line of Fourth Street; Garnsey Street, from the North line of First Street to the South line of Fifth Street~ and Pine Street from the West lin of Patton Street to the East line of Flower Street, excepting therefrom any of the said work already done to the official grade, and all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans a~d specifications hereinafter mentioned. That the work to be done and improvements to be made upon and along the hereinbefore described portions of said streets, in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor on file in the office of the City Clerk shall be as follows: That the hereinbefore described portions of streets shall be ~raded and paved with asphaltic concrete pavement frmn cu~ line to curb line, and where alleys interse, ct, the grading and paving s~ll extend beyond the curb lines to the extended property lines of said street, excepting therefrom any of the said work already done to the official grade, and also excepting from the streets hereinbefore mentioned, the East one-half of Olive Street between the North line ~f That the public interest and convenience
