IT IS THEREFORE NOW BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, DETERMINED, RESOLVED AND ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: That no cause has oeen shown why bonds should not be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments, and does hereby overEAle all objections thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds; and further, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of Four Hundred Forty-three and 47/100 Dollars ($443.47). That said ronda shall be ten (10) in number and shall be dated April 30, 1928, and bear interest denomination of said bonds, be as follows: SERIES BOND NO. G-3 1 G-3 2 G-3 3 G-3 4 G-3 5 G-3 6 G-3 V G-3 8 G-3 9 G-3 10 at the rate of six per cent per annum, and the and the date of respective maturity thereof shall AMOUNT $ 44.34 44 ,34 44 34 44, ,35 44,35 44 , 35 44, 35 44,,35 44,, 35 44.35 DATE OF MATURITY July 2, 1929 1930 1931 1932 1933 1934 1935 1936 193V 1938 The first coupon of interest shall be for interest from April 23, 1928 to January 2nd, 19~ , and the several coupons thereafter shall each be for the semi-annual interest; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the signature of the Treasurer of said City upon the coupons attached to said bonds shall be a lithographed or printei signature in place of a signature by ha~d; and , BE IT ALSO FURTheR RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City of Santa Ana, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to deliver forthwith thc bonds herein above enumerated, to the contractor, Daniel Dokovich, in satis- faction of the balance due upon the assessment and diagram.
