~na' and the City Clerk of said City, respectively, execute a contract to <br />said bidder herein namea on behalf of the City of santa Ana, for the work and <br />improvement hereinbefore mentioned, and according to the specifications <br />attached to said bid and hereby adopted as the specifications for said work <br />and improvement.
