Resolution of Intention shall be published and the City Clerk of said City is <br /> hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two <br /> insertions in said newspaper, in the manner and form required by l~w. The <br /> City Council does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the <br /> notice of improvement ~o owners or reputed owners, and he is not ~equired to <br /> mail the sam~ <br /> <br /> POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVE~NT <br /> <br /> Section 8.
