to-wit: Beginning at a point in the North line of Lot Seven (7), Spurgeon Street Tract,' as recorded in Rook 6, Page 23, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange Cottuty, California, said point being 24.45 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Lot Seven (7); running thence South 21.88 feet; thence East 47.60 feet; thence North 21.74 feet; thence West to the point of beginning. All of which is more clearly shown on a centai~ map approved and adopted by ti City Council of the City of Santa Ana for the said abandonment by Resolution No. 1912 on the 2nd day of April, 1928. The public work ordered and the improvement to be made is for the purpose of closing up and abandoning a certain portion of Spurgeon Street, als~ known as French Street, as hereinbefore described and for that reason no district is chargeable therewith. All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated "Street Opening Act of 1889", and amendments thereto. For further particulars reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 1913, which is dated the 2nd day of April, 1928, and on file with the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana. The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is herewith instructed to record a copy of this Resolution Ordering Improvement in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange, State of California. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Ordering Improvement No. 1937 was duly introduced and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at a regular meet~-~g of said City Council held on ~he 7th day of May, 1928, by the following vote, to-wit: AYES, TRUSTEES: NOES, TRUSTEES: ABSENT, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, F.L.
