RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF CERTAIN REAL
<br />PROPERTY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA.

<br />RESOLUTION NO. 1938
<br />
<br /> IVEEREAS, it satisfactorily appearing to the City Council of
<br /> the City of Santa Ana that it would be fob the benefit and best interest
<br /> of the City of Santa Aha to sell the real property hereinafter
<br /> described; and
<br />
<br /> VM~EREAB, it further satisfactorily appearihg to said City
<br />Council that the said real property is unsuitable for the purposes for
<br />which it is now being used; and
<br />
<br /> IVHEREAS, an adequate and sufficient consideration has been
<br />offered to the City of Santa Ana for said described real property by
<br />W. T. Dorrance and Alice E. Dorrance, his wife, as joint tenants.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That it would be for the
<br />benefit and best ihterest of the City of Santa Ana that the following
<br />described real property belonging to said City of Santa Ana, situated
<br />in the s~id City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
<br />and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
<br />
<br /> A portion of Lot 29, ~lock "C", of McFadden and Crane's
<br /> Addition to the Town of Santa Ana, described as beginning at
<br /> the Northeasterly corner of Lot 3, Block "A" of Tract No. lO1,
<br /> as recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book ll, Page l, Records of
<br /> Orange County; thence Northerly along the Northerly extension
<br /> of the Easterly line of said Lot 3, $0 feet to a point; thence
<br /> Westerly and parallel to the Southerly line of Lot 29, Block
<br /> "C", of McFadden and Crane's Addition to the Town of Santa Ana,
<br /> as recorded in Book ll, Page 40, Miscellaneous Records of LOs
<br /> Angel~s County, to an intersection with the Westerly line of
<br /> said Lot 29; thence Southerly along the Westerly line thereof
<br /> to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 29; thence Easterly
<br /> along the Southerly line thereof, to the point of beginning~
<br />
<br />be sold for the sum of $1S0.00, to ~. T. Dorrance and Alice E. Dorrance
<br />his wife, as joint tenants, with the right of survivorship, and upon
<br />payment of said sum to the City of Santa Ana that a good and sufficient
<br />deed be executed and delivered forthwith to the said ~. T. Dorrance and
<br />Alice E. Dorrance, his wife, as joint tenants with the right of survivos
<br />ship, by the City of Santa Ana, a Municipal Corporation, and that the
<br />Mayor of the City of Santa Ana and the City Clerk of said City respect-
<br />ively execute said deed on behalf of the said City of Santa Ana, convey.
<br />ing all of the right, title and interest of the City of Santa Ana in
<br />said real property to the said purchasers.

<br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
<br />regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City Council of the Cit
<br />of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 14th
<br />
<br />day of May, 1928,
