RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF CERTAIN REAL

<br />VfHEREAS, it satisfactorily appearing to the City Council of the Cit
<br />
<br />of Santa Ana that
<br />Santa Ana to sell
<br />
<br /> V~IEREAS,
<br />
<br />it would be for the benefit and best interest of the City of
<br />
<br /> the real property hereinafter described; and
<br />
<br /> it further satisfactorily appearing to said City Co~mcil
<br />that the said real property is unsuitable for the purposes for which it is
<br />now being used; and
<br />
<br /> %~K~EREAS, an adequate and sufficient consideration has been offered
<br />to the City of Santa Ana for said described real property by John ~olfert and
<br />Laura Wolfert, his wife, as joint tenants.
<br />
<br /> NO~¥, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That it would be for the benefit an,
<br />best interest of the City of Santa Ana that the following described real
<br />property b~longing to said City of Santa Aha, situated in the said City of Sa~
<br />fma, County of Orange, State of California, and particularly described as
<br />follows, to-wit:

<br /> A portion of Lot 28, Block "C", Mcfadden and Crane's Addition
<br /> described as beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 28, Block
<br /> "C" of Mcfadden and Crane's Addition to the Tovm of Santa Ana, as
<br /> recorded in ~ook ll, Page 40, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
<br /> County, California; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said
<br /> Lot 28 to .the Northwesterly corner of Lot S, Block "A", Tract No. lO1
<br /> as recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book ll, Page l, Records of Orange
<br /> County, California; thence Northerly along the Northerly extended
<br /> Westerly line of said Lot ~, a distance of 50 feet to a point; thence
<br /> Easterly and parallel to the Southerly line of s~id Lot 28, to an
<br /> intersection with the Easterly line thereof; thence Southerly along
<br /> the said Easterly line of Lot 28, a distance of 80 feet to the point
<br /> of beginnlng~

<br />be sold for the sum of $7~.00, to John ~olfert and Laura ~olfert, his wife, a~
<br />joint tenants, with the right of survivorship, and upon payment of said s~n to
<br />the City of Santa Ana that a good and sufficient deed be executed and delivere(
<br />forthwith to the said John ~olfert and Laura Nolfert, his wife, as joint
<br />tenants with the right of survivorship, by the City of Santa Ana, a Municipal
<br />Corporation, and that the Mayor of the City of Santa Ana and the City Clerk of
<br />said City respectively execute said deed on oehalf of the said City of Santa
<br />Ana, conveying all of the right, title and interest of =he City of Santa Aha i~
<br />said real pro~rty to the said purchasers.

<br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and ~egularl~
<br />introduced, passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana,
<br />at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on zhe 14th day of May, 1928, by
