The excavation for and const~ction of house service gas connect- ions, including all necessary cocks, fittings and appurtenances thereto, from and connecting with the existing gas main in ~he hereinbefore described portion cf Halladay Street, at s~ch locations snd depths and extending at right angles te the main, to ~he property line, except that there shall be no gas services installed on ~he east side of Halladay Street, from ~he South line of ~¥akeham Avenue to the North line of McFadden Street, all as particularly indicated on and in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. Together with such other work or improvements as are noted on the plans or specifications which shall be considered as incidental to the above described work and improvements and no additional c~npensation shall be allowed therefor. The work to be done as herein set forth shall include the fu~nishing of all labor, equipment and materials necessary for or appurtenant to the construction and completion of all work herein specified. PLANS~ PROFILES~ CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS Section 2. All of the hereinbefore described street, together with the foregoing work and improvements are fully set forth, delineated and described on the plans, profiles, cross-sections and detailed drawings kn~ n as "TEE PLANS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 161", and as set forth in the specifications known as "TEE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ASSESSMENT ~ISTRICT NO. 161"~ which plans and specifications are on file in ~he office of the City Clerk, and were adopted by Resolution No. 19~5 on the 4th day of June, 1928, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana as the plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications for said work and improvement. Said plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications are referred to for a full and detailed description of said work and improvement, the same as though set forth in full herein, and shall be directory as to the locatioh of all work to be done, The kind of materials to be used and the type of construction. CHANGE OF GRADE Section 3. That the grade to which the work shall be done improvement made which is provided for in this Resolution is shown on th~ profiles therefor, on file in ~he office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such gra~e, ~d it is hereby re~ lved by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that the grade shown on the plans and profiles is the official grade to which the work he~ein ordered shall be done. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 4. The said City Council does hereby declare and deteEnine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent tu~paid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in The "~mprovement Bond Act of 1918", the last installment of which Oonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (lC) months from their date.
