The excavation for and construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks upon and along all of the hereinbefore descri0ed portions of streets, where sidewalks do not now exist or where replacements are to be made, all as particular±y indicated on and in accordance with the plans and ~pecifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of Salt Glazed Vitrified Clay Pipe House connecting sewers upon the hereinbefore described streets, laid at such elevations and grades and at such locations as are indicated on the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and const~uction of copper house service water connections including all connections, corporation cocks, curb cocks, fittings and all necessary appurtenances thereto upon the hereinbefore described streets to be installed from the existing water main at right angles thereto, and extending to a point one foot back of the curb and at such locations and depths as are indicated on the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned. The excavation for and construction of house service gas connection including all necessary cocks, fittings and appurtenances thereto, upon the hereinbefore described streets, to be installed frGn the existing gas main at right angles thereto and extending to the property line at such locations and depths as are indicated on the plans and specifications hereinafte~ mentioned. Together with such other work or improvements as are noted on ~he plans or specifications, which shall be considered as incidental to the above described work and improvements, and no additional compensation shall be allowed therefor. All of the hereinbefore described streets, together with the foregoing work and improvements are Dully s~t forth, delineated and described on the plans, profiles, cr~ s-sections and detailed d~awings known as "THE PLANS FOR ASSESSmeNT DISTRICT NO. 1~9" and as set forth in the specifications known as "THE SP£CIFiCATiONS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1~9", which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the City Clerk and were adopted by Resolution No. 19S4 on the 4th day of June, 19~8, by the City Council of the City of Santa f~a as the plans, profiles, cross- sections, detailed drawings and specifications for said work and improvement. Said plans, profiles~ cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications are referred to for a full and detailed description of said work and impr~e- ment, the same as though set forth in full herein, and shall be directory as to the location of all work to be done, the kind of materials to be used and the type of construction.
