· improvement made which is provided for in this Resolution is shown on the profiles therefor, on file in the office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that the grade shown on the plans and profiles is the official grade to which the work herein erdered shall be done. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 4. The said City Council does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1918", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day cf July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT IR STRICT Section 5. That the contemplated work and improvement here- inbefore mentioned is in the opinion of the City Council of more than local or ordinary public bene2it, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said City Council does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of LQt 14, Block A of Tract No. 359, as recorded'in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 18, Page 21, Records of Orange County, California; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Tract No. 389 to the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Tract No. 359 to an intersection with the Southerly line of Tract No. 390 as recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 15, Page 37, Records of Orange County; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Tract No. 390 to the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence No~hherly along the Westerly line of said Tract No. 390 to an intersection with the Southerly line of Edgewood Road; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of Edgewood Road to the Northeasterly corner of Lot 8, Block A of said Tract No. 359; thence Southerly along a line drawn parallel to and distant 14V.80 feet Easterly from the Easterly line of Poinsettia Street to the point of beginning. TIME AND PLACE 0F HEARING Section 6. Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of June, 19~, at 7:30 o~clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa An~ any and all persmons having any object- ions to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said City Council and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. That all persons desiring to so appear should file with the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana before the hour herein set a written protest against the said work or the assessment district pro- pgsed to be assessed, % Section V. or both.
