newspaper published and circulated and cf general circulation in the City of <br />Santa Ana is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of <br />Intention shall be published and the City Clerk of said City is hereby <br />directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two insert- <br />ions in said newspaper, in the manner and form required by law. The City <br />Council does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the notice <br />of improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail <br />the same. <br /> <br /> pOSTING OF NOTICES OF !MPROVE~E~ <br /> <br /> Section 8. The Street Superintendent of said City shall, after <br />the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be conspicuously <br />posted along the lines of said contemplated work or improvement and along all <br />the open streets and alleys within the hereinbefore described assessment <br />district, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, in the <br />manner and form re~ ired by law. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intention was <br />duly and regularly introduced and passed by the City oouncil of the City of <br />Santa Ana, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of June, 1928, by <br /> <br />the following vote, to-wit: <br /> AYES, TRUSTEE~ <br /> <br /> NOES, TRUSTEES: <br />ABSENT, TRDSTEES: <br /> <br />J.L.Mc~ride, Homer C. <br />F.L.
