RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO REPORT OF STREET SUPERINTENDENT, APPROVING REPORT, AND 0RD!~RING A COPY THEREOF FILED VfiTH THE TAX COLL~CTOR. No. 1964. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, did on the ~d day of April, 1928, pass Resolution No. 1917 determining and declaring that weeds which bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature, and attain such a large growth as to become a fire menace when dry, and which are noxious and dangerous, were growing upon the streets, sidewalk~ and private property in the City of Santa Ana, described in the itemizec report submitted herewith, and are a public nuisance; and whereas, on the 23rd day of April, 1928, the City Council further passed Resolution No. 1922 ordering the Street Superintendent of said City to abate such public nuisance; AND WHEREAS, in pursuance to the above numbered Resolu- tions the Street Superintendent did abate such nuisance and kept an itemized account and report of the costs and expenses thereof; and whereas, the said Street Superintendent has given notice required by law in which notice June 18th, 1928, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M., was fixed as the time, and the Council Ch~nber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said report might be heard; and whereas, at the time set the Street Superin- tendent submitted the said report, and all of said protests or objec- tions to said report having been heard, it is hereby; RESOLV~D, by the City Council of the City of ~anta Ana that all of said protests or objections to the said report of the work done be, and the same are hereby overruled, and the report affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to file a copy of said report with the Tax Collector. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ama, at a regular meeting of said City Counci~ held on the 18th day of June, 1928 by the following vote: AYES, TRUST~ES: NOES, TRUST,S: ABSENT, TRUSTE~: J.
