RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> No. 1971. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for <br />the work to be dcme and improvement to be made in the City of <br />Sarma Aha upon and along a portion of that open public street in <br />said City, commonly known as Baker Street, between First Street <br />and Fourth Street.~ <br /> <br /> All as prepared by the City Engineer and desig- <br />nated as Assessment District No. 165, for the improv~nent of the <br />above described streets ~nd submitted this 9th day of July~ 1928, <br />be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans ami <br />specifications for doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolutic~ <br />was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City <br />CounCil of the City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular meeting <br />held on the 9th day cf July, 1928, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: J.L.
