RESOLUTION OF A~'ARD <br />No. 1972. <br /> <br /> ~.~,HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Arm <br />did, in open session, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof, on <br />the 9fda day of July, 1928, publicly open, examine and declare all <br />sealed proposals or bids for doing the following work under t{esolu- <br />tion of Intention No. 1958, in the City of Santa Ana, to-wit: <br /> <br />lnentione~ <br /> <br /> RESOLVED: That the said City Council hereby reject <br />all of said proposals or bids except the next herein mentioned, and <br />hereb~ awards the contract for doing said Wol-k and improvment to the <br />lowest responsible bidder, to-wit: Steele Finley, at the price <br />named in his bid as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Item No. 1. The grading to a subgrade and the placing <br />thereon of an Asphaltic Concrete pavement having a total thickness <br />of six (6) inc.hes, complete with the furnishing of all necessary <br />equipment, labor and material for the sum of Eighteen cents (~0.]8) <br />per square foot. <br /> <br /> Item No. 2.
