merit made particularly set forth and descrioed in Resolution of Intention No. l~l, which is dated the l~th day of July, 192~, on file in the Office of the Clerk of said City, and hereby referred to and mad~ a part nereof, and the City Council of =ne city of Santa Ana hereby orders the work to 0e done and improvement to ce made in said City, as particularly set forth and descrioed in the said Resolution of Intention No. 1981 as aforesaiH. Th~ the expense of said work and improvement is by said Resolutxon of Intention made cnargeaoie upon a district which said district is described in and by the s&id Reso-ution of Intention and is shown by a plat or map thereof on file in the office cz the City Engineer. The Clerk cz ~he City or Santa Aha is hereby direc~ed 'ko post a notice of said work together with the specifications therefor, conspicuously for five ($) days on or near the Council Chamber door of said oity Council, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered. He is also directed to puo±isn ~wice a no~ice tnvi=ing such p~oposals and referring to the specifications posted or on file in the Santa Aha Daily Eveaing Register, a daily new~paper published an, circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby Heslgnated for that purpo se.
