RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br /> <br /> NO. 2021 <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the diagram of the property affected or benefited by <br />the work and improvement in, on and along Baker Street, between the North line <br />of First Street and the South line of Fourth Street, described in Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1980, and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, made by <br />the City Engineer of the City of Santa &ua be, and the same is hereby <br />approved, and the Clerk is ordered and directed to certify that fact and the <br />date hereof. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Approving Assessment <br />Diagram was duly introduced, before the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, <br />at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of October, 1928, <br />and passed by the vote of the following named members of said City Council, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, <br /> <br />NOES, <br /> <br />TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, Homer C.
