p~incipal to be paid annually, all in gold coin, and that a special fund for the pay- <br />ment of said bonds will be constituted by the levy of special assessment taxes upa <br />the lands within the Assessmest District, according to the assessed value of said <br />lands, exclusive of the improvements thereon, and in the manner provided by the pro- <br />visisions of the said act under which smld acquisition proceedings are had and taken, <br />the first payment of the aggregate principal on the bonds issued will be made three <br />years after the issuance thereof. <br /> <br /> 6.
