All of which is more clearly sho~n on a certain map approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa &ua for the said abandonment by Resolution No. 2013, on the 1st day of October, 1928. The public work ordered and the improvement to be made is for the purpose of closing up and abandoning a certain portion of real property dedicated for street purposes as hereinbefore described, and for that reason no district is chargeable there. with. All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated "Street Opening Act of 1889", and amendments thereto. For further particulars reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 2014, which is dated the 1st day of October, 1928, and on file with the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha. The Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is herewith instructed to record a copy of this Resolution O~dering Improvement in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange, State of California. I hereby certify that the foregoing ~solution Ordering Improvement No. 2029 was duly introduced and regularly passed and adopted by the City COUncil of the City of Santa &ua at an adjourned rdgular meeting of said City Council held on tt~ 29th day of October, 1928, by t he following stated vote: AYES, NOES, ABSENT, TRUSTEES: W.J.Kelly, J.L.McBride, Homer C.
